How to bulk resolve Alerts

Detailed Overview:

Alerts can be resolved in bulk if this is needed. This can only be done by an Administrator (an agent with the appropriate permissions).

  1. Head over to the Alerts page.
  2. Go to the Admin tab:

  1. Select the alerts you want to resolve from the table. It is possible to select the entire table:

  1. You also have the option to select ALL alerts:

  1. Click the Resolve button, a prompt will pop-up:

  1. Select the workflow button you want to apply to all the selected alerts:

BULK ACTIONS HAVE A LIMIT OF 500!

Even though you may have selected thousands of alerts, the bulk actions are limited to 500 alerts. Bulk actions can be repeated as needed.

  1. Click Submit to apply the workflow in bulk:
